Usage Notes
1. Save printer space
When considering space for the printer, be sure to leave sufficient space around the machine for operator activity, including the removal of printed material. We suggest leaving a space of at least 500 mm (19-5/8") or more at the rear and a space of at least 100 mm (3-9/10") on either side of the machine.
2. Heavy media
Heavy paper stock is often used, but "heavy" sometimes exceeds 400 g/m², and the printer will accommodate paper of up to 400 g/m². Note that the non-image area (the margin) at the bottom of the page is increased to 6 mm for heavier stock.
3. Long paper and "banners."
Long paper printing of sheets up to 1300 mm maximum will smoothly proceed if the option long paper tray or support for non-tray feeding is installed. Improper installation of those options will result in paper jams and failure to deliver printed output.
4. RGB gray counting
If your document contains RGB gray objects (objects for which red, green, and blue values are equal), note that those are counted as color prints (not black and white) and will impact your cost measurement.
5. Print specialty media at a slower speed
If your data to be printed is on quite textured paper, or if your data contains spot colours (special colours), printing may "slow down" from the standard speed for plain paper printing. Higher speed printing in the case of heavy stock is controlled by the "slower" printer mode, and printing speed is kept slower than standard speeds.
6. Intelligent Quality Optimizer
If the optional IQ-501 unit is purchased, it is an automated correlation of quality and front-to-back registration. Extra attention should be paid to keeping the IQ clean and calibrated to take advantage of the automated correction.

Option 1 - Express (door-to-door service). It is fast and convenient for small parcels, delivered via DHL/Fedex/UPS/TNT...
Option 2 - Air-cargo (airport to airport service). It is a cost-effective way if the cargo is over 45kg, you need to do the customs clearance.
Option 3 - Sea cargo. If the order is not urgent, this is a good choice to save shipping costs, it takes about one month.
4. How much is the shipping cost?

5. Are the taxes included in your prices?
We offer all ex-work prices, not including tax/duty in your country and delivery charges.
