Feature and Advantages
This kind of lower pressure rollers are made in China. But comparing with the original sleeves, they are of the same material and quality. They are made of sponge sleeves instead of rubber ones. Countless bubbles and eighteen uniformly distributed tubes guarantee better thermal conductivity and resilience.
Film on sponge sleeve is adhered by glue imported from Japan, which is also used in original rollers. Higher thermal diffusivity, less deformation and stronger adhesion avoids film from wrinkling and peeling.
To prevent paper from jamming or tearing, the two ends of the sponge sleeve is made bigger or smaller than the middle. But shaped by gating system, the rubber sleeve has to be straight.
