Keep your production printing system working perfectly with the Original PCR for the Xerox Versant 80, Versant 2100, and Versant 3100 Series. Since the PCR is an important part of the imaging process and is the first step in applying a uniform electrostatic charge to the surface of your OPC drum, creating the electrostatic latent image, it plays a critical role in determining how clear and vibrant your prints will be, as well as how good they will look.
This replacement PCR is manufactured to the OEM specifications using high-quality conductive elastic rubber and a specialized surface coating. As a result, you'll benefit from the extremely consistent resistance provided by this technology when using your printer in different temperature and humidity environments, and you won't see any needle-hole defects on your prints. The PCR technology also produces a quieter, environmentally safer environment compared to traditional corona wire charging methods while emitting less ozone and using much lower operating voltages than traditional corona wire charging.
Print defects such as heavy shading in the background of your prints, ghosting on your prints, repeating streaks across your prints, and inconsistent density will all be present if your PCR is either worn or damaged. By using this genuine PCR with your Xerox Versant system, you can be assured of flawless integration and will reduce the need to reprint due to poor-quality prints, and you will extend the life of both your OPC drums and the developer units used in your Xerox printer.
